Ti—Ni—Fe合金的无公度相变和公度相变

摘    要:本文通过对Ti-Ni-Fe合金同时进行超声测量与电阻测量,证实降温过程的第一个声速谷主要是由驱动公度(R)相变的软模引起的,第二个声速谷归于驱动马氏体(M)相变的软模。确定了这种合金的公度相变的起始点R_s和结束点R_f。

Abstract:Measurements by using the ultrasonic technique together for electricresistance verified that the first sound velocity valley on cooling is mainly due tothe soft-mode of driving the commensurate phase transition, and the second onedue to the soft-mode of driving the martensitic transformation. The starting point,R_s, and finishing point, R_f, of the commensurate phase transition of the alloyhave been determined.
