桩基支撑的大直径钢沉管结构计算

摘    要:对发电厂中由桩基支撑的大直径引(排)水钢沉管进行了结构分析和计算.结果表明:应在管道支座截面处设置支撑环;支撑环截面的环向抗弯刚度IZ对管身的应力水平及变形量影响很大;IZ与该支座支撑范围内管段的管壁环向抗弯总刚度IP之比不宜小于10.

Abstract:By structurally analyzing large diameter sinking steel pipeline supported by piles,it is concluded that the supported ring should be installed;the stress level and deformation of pipeline will be changed obviously because the IZ,flexural stiffness of supported ring section,be changed;the ratio of IZ/IP should not be less than 10;where IP is flexural stiffness of pipe wall of pipeline on the pipe support.
