舰载雷达系统装备环境试验与可靠性技术应用

摘    要:舰栽雷达电子设备的耐环境试验是验证产品可靠性指标的一个重要途径。本文简要介绍了电子产品可靠性设计及可靠性增长试验,着重论述了舰栽雷达电子产品环境试验以及环境试验防护技术要点,并提出了提高雷达电子装备耐环境适应性必须重视有效的可靠性增长环境试验防护技术。结合舰栽雷达电子装备的特点,给出了部分环境试验防护技术及环境应力筛选的具体应用措施。

Abstract:The environment-endurance test of the electronic equipment of shipborne radars is one of the important approaches to verify the equipment.The reliability increase test and the reliability design of the equipment are introduced in this paper.Emphasis is put on the discussion of the environmental test and the key safety techniques of the test.It is put forward that the effective safety techniques of the reliability increase environment test must be recognized to improve the environment-endurance ability of the equipment.Finally some of the safety techniques and the measures taken in the environmental test are given.
