SC-NH1螺旋焊管激光自动跟踪系统的应用

摘    要:为了在螺旋焊管焊接的动态过程中实现自适应控制和智能控制,确保焊接过程的稳定性,提高焊接质量和焊接自动化水平,胜利钢管有限公司在螺旋焊管生产线上采用了SC-NH1激光自动跟踪系统。介绍了该自动跟踪系统的特点、构成、工作原理及过程等。该系统投入使用后获得较好效果,使焊接生产实现了自动化、智能化。

Abstract:Shengli Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. has installed a SC-NH1 spiral weld Pipe Laser auto-tracking system on its spiral weld pipe production line in a bid to materialize self-adaptive control and intelligent control during the dynamic welding process of spiral weld pipe to keep consistent welding operation so as to improve both the welding quality and the automation level of the operation line. Described here in the paper are the features, composition, working principle and process of the said tracking system. The operation practice of the system shows that it is very effective, having got the welding operation automated and intellectualized.
