连续隔振机床系统功率流研究

摘    要:针对采用连续隔振器的机床隔振系统,进一步引入有限性及非对称性,同时计及基础柔性,提出连续耦合条件下的有效导纳概念,采用功率流理论作为隔振效果评价手段,导出了通过连续隔振机床系统的功率流传递谱,在理论计算及分析的基础上揭示了系统主要结构参数对其隔振性能的影响.

Abstract:About the Machine Tools Continuous Vibration Isolation System ,a universal expression for the transmitted power to the flexible foundation via the finite continuous isolation system of asymmetry is derived where the concept of effective mobility for the coupled system with continuous contact points is put forward. On the basis of the theoretic calculation and analysis, effects of structure parameters of the Machine Tools system on the power flow transmission as well as on the isolation efficiency are fully investigated.
