摘    要:研究低品位菱镁矿煅烧的新工艺方法.分别采用低品位菱镁矿直接煅烧、与氯化铵混合焙烧、与添加剂混合煅烧的方法,使其中的钙和镁分离.考察了工艺条件对低品位菱镁矿失重率、CaCO3分解率和MgCO3分解率及煅烧产物物相组成的影响.结果表明,低品位菱镁矿煅烧的适宜工艺条件为:低品位菱镁矿与质量分教为1%的M解12.6H2O的混合...

Abstract:Novel calcining process methods of low-grade magnesite were studied.Low-grade magnesite was calcined directly,calcined with ammonium chloride,calcined with additive respectively,which aimed to make calcium and magnesium be separated.The effects of experimental conditions on the weight loss of low-grade magnesite,decomposition rate of CaCO3 and MgCO3 as well as phase composition of calcined products were studied.The results showed that the optimum calcining conditions of low-grade magnesite were that,low-gra...
