摘    要:通过叶蜡石粉与改性剂机械化学共磨法,实现了叶蜡石基体的疏水改性,并对改性后粉体的吸油量、接触角、红外光谱进行测试.结果表明,改性剂在机械力作用下实现了对叶蜡石原粉表面的包覆,该包覆行为使得叶蜡石粉体的分散性和疏水性有较大程度提高,以添加1.5%的甲基硅油改性效果最好,吸油量已达到22.01 g/l00g,接触角达到13...

Abstract:With the method of mechanochemistry,the pyrophyllite and modifier were grinded at the same time.It aims to make a hydrophobic modification on the pyrophyllite.The Oil Absorbtion,Contact Angle and Infrared spectrometry on the modified pyrophyllite powders were tested.It was found that the surface of pyrophyllite was coated by modifiers.By means of this coating behavior,the dispersibility and hydrophobicity of the pyrophyllite were greatly improved.The modification effect was best by adding 1.5% methyl silico...
