摘    要:采用有机硅树脂中加入氢氧化钠使之水解后再加入苯酚、甲醛缩聚制备热固性有机硅改性酚醛树脂,而不同于两步法制备热固性有机硅改性酚醛树脂和由硅烷水解低聚物与酚醛树脂缩合制备热固性有机硅改性酚醛树脂。本文中通过IR,DSC,TG以及剪切强度和剥离强度,对这种热固性有机硅改性酚醛树脂的粘接性能,耐热性能,耐久性能和固化工艺进行考核,证明这种方法制备的树脂粘接强度高,耐热性能优异,耐久性能良好,可以作为耐热结构胶粘剂在航空航天领域应用。

Abstract:Thermosetting phenolic resin modified with silicone is directly synthesized with polyphenylmenthylsiloxane, phenol and formaldehyde. The synthetic method is much simpler than others. The curing condition, heat-resistant and adhesive property of phenolic resin modified with silicone are studied with IR, DSC, TGA, shear strength and peel strength. It is proved that the thermosetting phenolic resin modified with silicone is good at heat-resistance,toughness,shear strength and dissolution property,which can be used as heat-resistant adhesive and matrix resin in airplane and aerospace industry.
