节理化差异岩层大巷的变形机理及其控制研究

摘    要:基于神火集团葛店煤矿-600m轨道大巷的地质条件,采用UDEC4.0模拟分析了不同节理化程度条件下巷道围岩的应力分布和变形特征,研究了差异岩层交界处由于岩性不同所引起的变形和应力差别。分析出节理化软岩巷道大范围岩石膨胀变形的原因,得到交界处岩层的变形差异原因。在此基础上进行高强、超高强锚网索喷和锚注二次支护的控制研究,确定了锚注二次支护控制方案。现场应用证明了研究结论的正确性,取得了良好的技术经济效果。

Abstract:Base on the geological conditions of a-600m railway roadway in Gedian Mine of Shenhou Group,the paper analyzed the stress distribution and deformation features of the mine roadway surrounding rocks under different jointed conditions with UDEC4.0 simulation.The paper studied the deformation and stress differences occurred by the different rock properties at the different rock strata joints.The paper analyzed the swelling deformation causes of the rocks in the mine jointed soft rock roadway.The deformation differential causes at the rock joints ware obtained.Base on the above,a control research on high strength and ultra high strength bolt steel mesh,anchor and shotcrete as well as a bolt grouting secondary support ware conducted.The bolt grouting secondary support control plan was determined.The site applications showed that the research conclusion was correct with good technical and economic results.
