基于PLC控制的三巷掘进局扇集成控制系统的设计

摘    要:介绍了以PLC为控制核心的三巷掘进局扇测控系统的控制原则和技术要求,阐述了监控程序和各功能模块程序的设计方法并绘制了其流程图.试验结果表明:基于PLC控制的三巷掘进局扇集控系统能有效地避免瓦斯爆炸事件的发生,尤其是集控系统配有多种控制方式,大大提高了工作可靠性.

Abstract:Controlling principle,technology requirement of three-tunnel drilling local fan integrated control system based on PLC are introduced.The design methods of monitor program and subroutines are expounded and their flow charts are plotted.It has been proved by preliminary tests that this system can avoid gas explosion incidents efficiently,especially its various control strategy improved the working reliability greatly.
