| 摘 要： | 介绍了全浮、半浮和限动芯棒连轧管机的工艺特点及世界上限动芯棒连轧管机的发展情况。分别阐述了意大利达尔明厂φ355.mm PPM-MPM机组、墨西哥坦姆萨公司φ273mm MPM机组、美国钢铁公司费尔菲尔德厂φ244.5mmPPM-MPM机组、加拿大阿尔戈马钢公司φ177.8mmMPM机组以及阿根廷希德尔卡厂和国内天津无缝钢管总厂的φ250mm限动芯棒连轧管机组的概况、生产工艺流程、主要设备特点及其性能。

| Abstract: | The process features of the full-floating, half-floating and restrained mandrel mills as well as the developments of restrained mandrel mills worldwide are briefed. The article respectively describes the outlines, production process flows, major equipment characteristics and performances with respect to φ355.6mm PPM-MPM train in Dalmine, Italy, φ275mm MPM train in Tamsa Co., Mexico, φ244.5mm PPM-MPM train in Fairfield Works, American Steel Co., φ177.8mm MPM train in Algoma Steel Corp. Ltd, Canada and φ250mm restrained mandrel mills both in Siderca Works, Argentina and in General Tianjin Steel Tube Plant, China. |
