U型波纹管振动特性的有限元分析

摘    要:采用三维壳单元shell93,利用ANSYS8 0的参数化设计语言 (APDL) ,建立了波纹管的参数化三维有限元模型。利用此模型对波纹管进行了模态分析 ,求出了其固有频率和振型 ,为波纹管的动态响应分析提供了可靠的基础 ,同时分析了波纹管在持续的周期载荷作用下的动态响应 ,求出了响应值 (位移 )—频率曲线 ,证明了模态分析结果的可靠性

Abstract:A finite element 3-D model of the bellow was put forward with the element of shell93 in the software ANSYS. The inherent frequencies and the shapes of the vibration were obtained by the modal analysis of the bellow, which are the foundation of the further dynamical analysis. Also, the graph between the values of response (displacement) and frequencies was obtained by the harmonic analysis, which indicated that the results of modal analysis are reliable.
