摘    要:高效液相色谱经过30年的发展,在色谱理论研究、仪器研究水平、分析实践应用等方面,已经取得长足的进步。本文主要介绍了反相高效液相色谱的基本原理和特点,以及影响因素,并对其在生物化学和生物工程中的应用,在环境监测中的应用,在精细有机合成中的应用进行了举例。

Abstract:After 30 years development,HPLC has made a great improvement in the terms of chromatography theory study, instrumental research and analytical apply.This article focuses on the fundamental theory and features of reversed phrase HPLC Some examples have been given in the application of bio-chemistry and bio-engineering,environment supervision and refined organic syntheses.
