摘    要:详细介绍了目标因子紫外分光光度法同时测定多组分体系的基本原理和分析步骤,并将其应用于对乙酰氨基酚、对硝基酚、对氨基酚三组分含量的分析,研究表明,在无水乙醇介质中,在206-320nm处每隔2nm扫描测定样品吸光度,利用目标因子法处理数据得标准加入回收率为97.2%-105.7%。

Abstract:In this paper the basic principle and analytical steps of target factor analysis and UV spectrophotometry are described in detail, and the method is used to analyze three components-Acetaminophen,P-Nitrophenol and P-Aminophenol. The experimental results show that the recovery of each component ranges from 97.2% to 105.7% with the medium of absolute ethanol when the absorption of the samples is scanned at intervals of 2nm between 206nm and 320nm.
