| 摘 要： | 本文从新时期对工程管理应用型人才的能力要求,按照“厚基础、宽口径、强能力、高素质”的原则,对工程管理应用型人才培养体系进行研究,构建了以素质为基础、以能力为中心,理论教学体系与实践教学体系相融合的专业人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | In order to meet the new demands on the abilities of application-oriented engineering managerial staff in the new period,this paper makes some exploration of the cultivation system in training engineering managerial staff,complying to the principle of sound basis,loose outlet,emphasis on ability and high quality.This paper proposes a professional cultivation mode that emphasizes quality and ability training and combines theory teaching with practice. |
