摘    要:通过对差式微位移放大机构的分解简化,应用叠加的方法推导出了形式上比较易于求解的机构放大倍数的计算公式。该公式的计算结果与有限元法的计算结果比较接近,可用于类似机构的设计计算。

Abstract:Formulae for magnifying multiple of a differential action microscopic magnifying mechanism with flexure hinges are deduced by means of resolution and superposition of the mechanism. The formulae are simple in form,so they are easy to be solved.The results of the formulae are about equal to the ones of FEM. They can be applied to the design of similar mechanisms.
