| Abstract: | The present paper introduces principle of the PID control system, characteristics of the STEP7 programming software, the Win CC operator monitoring system and SIMATIC full integrated automatic scheme, and describes the PID control in the process of converter refining in combination with the practical application and its results in converter production in No. 1 Steel-making Plant. |
