带式输送机驱动装置振动偏大原因分析及处理

福建华电漳平火电有限公司2×300 MW工程运煤系统C-4A带式输送机驱动装置在第1次单体试运行时,存在振动值严重超标的现象,对带式输送机驱动装置振动的原因进行了分析,指出振动的主要原因为该驱动装置支架及基础强度不够,对驱动装置支架进行加固后,故障得以消除。

Analysis on reason of larger vibration of belt conveyor driving device and treatment

In the coal handling system of 2×300 MW project of Fujian Huadian Zhangping Thermal Power Generation Company Limited,the vibration of the C-4A belt conveyor driving device in first single test run was exceeded the standard seriously.The vibration reason of the belt conveyor driving device was analyzed;and it was pointed out that the main reason of the vibration is that the strength of base and support of the driving device is not sufficient.The support of the driving device had been reinforced,and the fault was eliminated.
