摘    要:介绍了胜利油田东二联污水源热泵原油加热试验项目的工艺流程,并进行了用能分析和经济性评价。结果表明,热泵系统的制热系数和一次能源利用率较高,分别为6.35和1.83;热泵系统可用能利用率很低,只有27.07%;燃油价格越高,采用加热炉加热的效益越差,采用污水源热泵加热方式的经济性越好;污水温度越高,热泵制热系数越高,制热效果越好,耗电越少。

Abstract:This article describes the technology and process used in the Dongerlian Sewage-source Heat Pump Crude Oil Heating Experiment Program in the Shengli Oilfield,analyzes the energy efficiency of the sewage-source heat pump and conducts an economic evaluation.Analysis results show: the heat pump system has high coefficient of performance and primary energy utilization rate,which stand at 6.35 and 1.83 respectively;the rate of utilization of available energy by the heat pump system is very low,at 27.07%;the higher fuel oil prices are, the poorer the effect of using a heating furnace for heating is and also the higher the economical efficiency of using sewage-source heat pump for heating is;the higher the temperature of the sewage and the coefficient of performance of the heat pump are ,the better the effect of heating is and the less power is used.
