| 摘 要： | 分析了数控机床常用的同步控制方法。在结合多轴运动控制器(PMAC)协调复合运动原理的基础上，采用主从式同步控制方法，成功实现了玻璃刻花加工中心的五轴四联动。生产实践说明，这种多轴伺服同步控制既满足了加工精度，又节约了成本。

| Abstract: | This paper presents several synchronous control ways in CNC mahines .Based on the principle of PMAC's coordinating multiple motions ,the glass carve machine cener successly realize five axis synchronous control Using a master/slave technique.It has been proved that the precision is improve and the cost is saved. |
