摘    要:介绍了甘油法和氯丙烯直接环氧化法生产环氧氯丙烷的发展状况和工艺路线,比较了两种工艺的主要技术指标;对环氧氯丙烷产业发展前景进行了分析,认为甘油法生产环氧氯丙烷只能作为补充,氯丙烯直接环氧化工艺一旦实现工业化应用,将取代以丙烯为原料的氯醇化法而成为环氧氯丙烷技术市场的主流.

Abstract:The development situation and process route of glycerol process and those of direct epoxidation process of allyl chloride for epichlorohydrin production were introduced. The technical indexes of the two processes were compared. The development prospects of epichlorohydrin industry were analyzed. The glycerol process could be only used as a supplement to epichlorohydrin production. Once realized in- dustricization, the direct epoxidation process of allyl chloride would replace the chlorohydrination method, which used propylene as raw materials, to become the mainstream in epichlorohydrin technology market.
