| 摘 要： | “新都市主义”是为了解决美国郊区化所产生的问题 ,而在 2 0世纪 90年代以后西方国家兴起的并且已日趋主流化的规划理论和思想运动。介绍了新都市主义的思想内容、规划要点。由于新都市主义是为了解决效区化的问题 ,它的经验教训对正在发展的中国会有一定的借鉴作用。
