LiZnVO_4液相掺杂改善SnO_2系湿敏材料性能的研究

摘    要:采用尿素共沉淀法制备出SnO2纳米粉体,考察了液相掺杂L iZnVO4对材料微结构、湿敏性能的影响,分析了材料的频率特性。实验结果表明:采用尿素共沉淀法制备SnO2纳米粉体,并适当的液相掺杂L iZnVO4可使材料具有棒状晶粒的微结构和较好的湿敏性能与频率响应。

Abstract:SnO2 system nanometer powders are prepared by co-precipitation with urea. The influence of the amount of liquid-doped LiZnVO4 on the microstructure and humidity sensitive characteristics of SnO2 is studied. The characteristics of frequencies is analyzed. The experimental results show that the microstructure of the material is characterized by suitable rod-shaped grains and the properties of humidity sensitive material are better if SnO2 system nanometer powders are prepared by co-precipitation with urea and the amount of liquid-doped LiZnVO4 is well controlled.
