| 摘 要： | 焊缝超声波连续探伤设备(以下简称为超声波设备)对干扰比较敏感，尤其是焊管高频设备和变频设备的高次谐波产生的电磁干扰和超声波探伤耦合介质产生的水波干扰，对探伤灵敏度影响很大。文章从干扰产生的原因入手，介绍了超声波设备抗干扰的方法，并针对实际问题，提出了电机动力线、测速反馈线、探头三屏蔽层的抗干扰方法，很好地解决了实际生产中的困难。

| Abstract: | The continuous UST machine is more sensitive to interference.Particularly,Sub-high harmonic occurring electric-magnetism interference from welded pipe high-frequency equipment and water interference of coupling media from UST are significant effect sensitivity of UST.This article analyzed from interference cause,introduced UST machine resisting to interference means.In respect to practice problem,it raised adopting motor power line,velocity feedback line and probe triple screens resisting to interference to solve these problems. |
