| 摘 要： | 介绍了用碳质页岩替代部分黏土配料，在机立窑上煅烧硅酸盐水泥熟料的技术，生产实践表明，用碳质页岩替代部分黏土后，熟料安定性合格率提高了9．1％，3d和28d抗压强度分别提高了2．2MPa和4．3MPa，取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

| Abstract: | In the paper, there is an introduction of the technology of calcinating portland clinker in the mechanical shaft kiln using carbonaceous shale partly in place of clay batdh .It has been proved through production practice that after carbonaceous shale has partly taken the place of clay,the qualification rate of soundness has been raised by 9.1 %;the anti- compression strengths of 3d and 28d,by 2.2 MPa and 4.3 MPa respectively;and as a result,social benefits have been achieved. |
