摘    要:1,3,4-噁二唑类化合物因具有独特的生物活性和光学活性而被广泛研究,该类化合物在农药、医药、材料等领域有广泛应用。将1,3,4-噁二唑环引入不同的化合物结构中,通过结构修饰能生成一系列具有广谱生物活性的化合物及电致发光材料。因此,1,3,4-噁二唑衍生物的合成也成了人们研究的热点。文章综述了近年来合成1,3,4-噁二唑类化合物的传统方法、微波辅助合成法、固相合成法,对其在医药、材料等方面的应用进行了总结,并对其发展趋势和应用前景作了展望。

Abstract:1,3,4-oxadiazoles are widely used in the agriculture and medical industry and materials because of their biological activities and optical activities. The 1,3,4-oxadiazoles moiety has been incorporated into many different types of chemical structures to generate a series of compounds with broad-spectrum bioactivities and electroluminescent material. So the synthesis of 1,3,4-oxadiazole has got considerable attention in recent years. The synthetic methods (classical synthesis, microwave-assisted, solid-phase) and the applications of 1,3,4- oxadiazole are reviewed. The developing prospects of 1,3,4-oxadiazoles compounds have also been discussed.
