摘 要: | 从塔径、塔高、塔器变负荷范围和能耗方面比较了下塔使用筛板塔和填料塔的区别,对比结果表明:下塔使用填料塔,虽然塔高增加,但塔径减小,塔器变负荷范围增加,能耗降低。

Comparison of packed and sieve-plate lower columns in air separation unit |

Abstract: | The sieve-plate column and the packed column are compared in view of diameter,height,variable-load range and energy consumption.The results indicate that the packed column is recommended as lower column due to its smaller diameter,wider variable-load range and lower energy consumption despite its larger height. |
