摘    要:如皋市行政综合服务中心工程东西2个塔楼间为钢结构高空连廊,13、16层为桁架,14、15层为钢梁走道,四层之间采用H型钢吊杆焊接连成整体,形成了16层桁架层上拉、13层桁架层下托的承力体系.采用小型吊装设备,打破常规,运用ANSYS有限元分析软件进行施工仿真计算,创新地采用了分段逆向吊装技术,克服了安装空间小,现场塔吊或大型吊机无法利用等困难,解决了高空连体钢结构吊装中的技术难题,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益.

Abstract:This paper introduces the sectional reverse-hoisting technology for joint steel structure assembly based on the skybridge project for Rugao Adminstrative Multi-services Centre.The paper describes the features of this building about its size and structure system.With regard to adopting an innovative procedure in assembly,which is called sectional reverse-hoisting technology,miniature equipments are used,while the ANSYS software is used for simulating calculation.As a result from this case study,it is concluded that the use of this new technology overcomes some difficulties including limited space for either on-site tower crane or large auto crane,technical difficulties on hoisting of high-altitude siamese or joint steel structure segments,and good economic and social benefits to be achieved.
