摘    要:对CYJ—10型抽油机配置弹簧(包括前置游梁弹簧,后置游梁弹簧和井口弹簧)后的节能情况进行了计算分析。推导出考虑弹簧弹性力时抽油机所需的装机功率和实耗功率的计算公式。通过实际抽油机井的计算可知,装有弹簧的抽油机比原抽油机是否节能必须在平衡度相同的条件下进行比较。若配置弹簧前后的平衡度不变,则配有弹簧平衡的抽油机与曲柄平衡的抽油机相比,均方根扭矩M0和实耗功率N0均有所下降。根据计算,配置弹簧的抽油机井比不配置弹簧的抽油机井,所需的装机功率下降20%~30%,实耗功率下降3%~5%,具有一定的节能效果。

Abstract:Energy saving of Model CYJ10 beam pumping unit with springs is investigated. The equations for calculating the installed power and actual comsumed power in consideration of the elastica of the springs are deduced. The calculating results of an oil well indicate that whether or not the beam pumping units with springs reduces the consumption of energy has relation with the adjustment of the degree of balance. If the degree of balance of beam pumping unit remains unchanged after the springs are fixed, the installed power of beam pumping units with springs will decrease by 200% and the actual consumed power will decrease by 3%5% in contrast to beam pumping unit without springs.
