| 摘 要： | 研究上海某住宅小区集中空调系统的收费标准，通过实地调研与测试，分析造成系统运行亏损的原因，计算该小区空调系统实际单位能耗的系统运行成本，对现有的收费策略进行评定与改进，为物业公司重新计费提供依据，也为今后制定住宅建筑集中空调系统的收费标准提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Studies the charge standard of a central air-conditioning system for a residential district in Shanghai,and analyzes the reason for the system's loss through inquiry and testing.By recalculating the operating cost per energy consumption,evaluates and mends the existing charge strategy,provides a reference for the property company' recharge and in the other similar occasions' use. |
