| 摘 要： | 本文对蚕茧干燥特征曲线进行了定量分析,经验证表明:蚕茧在干燥过程中可分为等速、第一和第二减速三个阶段;并求得了在恒定工艺条件下,蚕茧干燥曲线和干燥速度曲线的拟合方程式。还探讨了干燥工艺对干燥曲线上第一和第二两个临界点的影响状况,为选择更合理的蚕茧干燥工艺提供了依据。

| Abstract: | A quantitative analysis is made on the characteristic curves of silkworm cocoon drying.It shows the cocoon drying process consists of three stages, i.e.the constant rate stage,the first rate-falling stage,and the second rate-falling stage;thereby a fitting equation of the drying curve and the drying rate under constant technical conditions is derived,and the influence of drying technique on the first and second critical points of the drying curve is discussed,providing a scientific basis for selecting a more reason- able drying technique. |
