| 摘 要： | 通过实验,分析了前纺各工序对细纱毛羽产生的各种因素.结果表明:细纱毛羽与半制品质量有一定关系.要减少细纱毛羽,首先要选择前纺各工序的工艺参数,要保持良好的机械状态;其次应合理选择原料、并条质量和粗纱质量等各项工艺参数.

| Abstract: | By repeated experiments,the factors of causing yarn hairiness were discussed and analyzed,which indicates some certain relations between semi-finished products and yarn hairiness.To reduce yarn hairiness,the processing parameters in fore-spinning should be fixed firstly;and processing parameters of raw materials,drawing process and roving with good quality should be properly chosen. |
