摘    要:外墙自保温系统是我国建筑节能发展的主要方向,蒸压砂加气混凝土外墙保温系统具有轻质高强、保温隔热、抗冲击等优点。砌块和专用砂浆的质量对建筑节能和耐久性起着决定性作用,在生产过程中要求浇筑稳定,合理调配浆料、控制时间及温度,按照规定的各项指标控制生产工艺,保证砌块的密度、强度、收缩性能和导热系数达到要求,生产中针对易出现的质量问题采取预防措施。在施工管理上严格控制进场质量、生产龄期和含水率。在墙体不同材料交接处、各种洞口、易变形处、冷热桥处采取抗裂措施,通过多个工程应用,建筑工程节能效果及耐久性达到设计和规范的要求。

Engineering Application of Sand Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Block
Abstract:The wall thermal insulation system has been the main development direction of building energy efficiency in China. The sand autoclaved aerated concrete for the external wall thermal insulation system has light weight, high strength, thermal insulation, impact resistance and other advantages. Sand au-toclaved aerated concrete block and special mortar quality plays key roles in building energy efficiency and durability, they are stable in the process of production requirements with reasonable allocate slurry, control time and temperature, the indicators in accordance with the specified production process will ensure the block density, strength, shrinkage performance to meet the requirement of the coefficient of thermal con-ductivity. Preventive measures are utilized to avoid the quality problems that frequently occur in the pro-duction. In the construction management, the approach quality, production age and moisture content are controlled strictly. Anti-crack measures are taken at the junction of different materials, all kinds of the hole in wall, deformation parts, and heat and cold bridge. The energy conservation effect and durability meet the design requirements through many construction projects.
