浅谈总承包管理项目绿色施工策划与实施——以某电子商务中心为例

由于政府最近在实施房地产市场的去库存战略,新开工项目数量在降低,市场竞争加剧。如何在现有的市场中占有优势并保证一定的利润成为施工企业转型需求,绿色施工成为考验建筑施工企业综合实力的标准之一。但现有的绿色施工管理理念不清,策划实施不明朗,收集的数据不系统。基于这一现状,依托电子商务中心项目,四局在绿色施工策划与实施、数据收集等方面进行了系统的研究,希望对项目管理人员有所帮助。

Planning and Implementation of the Green Construction of the General Contract Management Project:Electronic business center as an example

As the government recently implements the inventory strategy in real estate market, the number of new projects is decreasing, market competition is intensifying. Taking advantage and ensuring a certain profit in the existing market are crucial for construction enterprise transformation. Green construc-tion becomes one of standards for testing the comprehensive strength of the construction enterprise. But the existing green construction management concept is not clear, the planning implementation is not distinct;the collection of data is not systematical. Based on this situation, relying on the electronic commerce center project, China Construction Fourth Engineering Division Corporation researched the green construction planning and implementation, data collection and other aspects comprehensively. We hope to help the project management staff.
