摘    要:采用质损率、FTIR、DSC、动态热力学(DMA)及力学性能等作为评价指标,选择了一种耐高温复合材料的环氧树脂体系,以该树脂体系为基体制备了用于模拟空间环境的复合材料真空附舱,通过测试其常温及高温状态下的结构稳定性、漏气率和出气率等指标进行了应用评估。结果表明:该真空附舱在150℃高真空环境下结构稳定,高温性能达到国际领先水平,透波性能优于已报道的同类产品,可满足空间环境使用。

Abstract:Based on the evaluation indexes such as mass loss rate,FTIR,DSC,dynamic thermodynamic (DMA) and mechanical properties,a kind of epoxy resin composites for high temperature resistance have been developed. Employing the resin system as matrix,a composite vacuum chamber using for simulating space environment was manufactured,and was evaluated the application by testing the structure stability,gas leakage rate,gas rate etc. under room temperature and high temperature states.The results show that the vacuum chamber achieves structure stability requirement in 150 ℃ high vacuum environment,the high temperature performance reach the international leading level,the wave-transparent property is better than that of reported similar products,and the composite can serve in space environment.
