青海省建筑节能工作推广成效

我国建筑能耗占全国总能耗的20%~30%,建筑的能耗指标达到发达国家的1.5倍。青海省属严寒地区,供暖能耗占建筑能耗的50%以上,因此供暖能耗的节能潜力和效果最大。为了降低建筑能耗,贯彻落实国家政策,青海省从政策制定、新型墙材研发推行、既有建筑节能改造、绿色建筑评价标识等各个方面推进建筑节能工作。通过对青海省建筑节能工作推广成效的调研,分析总结建筑节能工作中存在的问题,并对今后的建筑节能工作提出建议。

Effectiveness of Promoting Energy-Saving Building in Qinghai Province

In China,building energy consumption accounts for 20% to 30% of the country′s totalen-ergy consumption. Building energy consumption index is 1.5 times that of developed countries. Qinghai province belongs to cold region, and the heat metering accounts for more than half of the building energy consumption, therefore heating energy consumption has energy-saving potential and the best effect. In or-der to reduce building energy consumption and carry out national policies, Qinghai province implements construction energy conservation retrofitting from the policy manipulation, the research and development of new wall material, existing building retrofitting, and green building assessment. Through investigating the promotion effectiveness about building energy efficiency in Qinghai province, problems existing in the con-struction are analyzed with suggestions on building energy efficiency in the future.
