摘    要:针对传统建筑建造及使用过程中能耗过高的问题,设计开发了模块化装配式钢结构建筑,集成设计了空间热缓冲、采光遮阳、双层隔热通风表皮、节能门窗、金属屋面等各项被动式节能技术,并采用模拟软件进行分析。结果表明:集成各项被动式节能技术的模块化钢结构建筑节能效果明显,大大减小了建筑在建造及使用过程中的能耗。

Design and Application of Passive Energy Saving Technology in the Modular Architecture
Abstract:According to the high energy consumption of construction and using in traditional build-ing, the design and development of modular assembly type steel structure building integrated design of pas-sive energy saving technology are proposed, such as the thermal buffer space, the natural lighting and sun-shade, double layer heat insulation and ventilation epidermis, energy-saving window, metal roof etc. The simulation software is utilized to analyze the energy saving effect. The results show that the energy saving effect is obvious, and the energy consumption of the building in the process of construction and using is greatly reduced.
