摘    要:目的:确立乙醇提取的最佳条件.方法:以盐酸小檗碱提取率为指标,采用正交实验法对提取过程中乙醇的浓度及用量,提取时间及次数进行优选研究.结果:A282CID2为最佳工艺.结论:用70%乙醇提取2次,每次2小时,第一次加6倍量乙醇,第二加5倍量,具有收率高、工艺简单、节约时间等特点.

Abstract:Objective To establish the best conditions for extracting ethanol.Methods Concentration,Usage,time and number of extraction were selected by orthogonal experimental method in the process of extracting ethanol according as Berberine extracted rate.Results A2B2C1D2 was the best technology.Conclusion Extract 2 times,2 hours/time,increase 6 times the amount of ethanol in the first time,5-fold increase in the second were a high-yield,a simple process,saving time and so on.
