阻燃胶粘剂的制备和性能研究

摘    要:通过无机粒子与乳胶共混制备了阻燃胶粘剂,通过DSC、TG、点燃实验、力学性能测试表征了阻燃胶粘剂。通过DSC可以看出阻燃胶粘剂的放热量减少;通过TG可以看出阻燃胶粘剂的热失重率减少到乳胶的50%;点燃实验中,阻燃处理的玻璃纤维很容易炭化,不容易串烧;力学实验中,经过耐碱性测试,如拉伸强度减少到原来的63%,质量损失减少到原来的92%。

Abstract:The fire-retardant adhesive was prepared by mixing the inorganic particle and emulsion, the fireretardant performance was characterized by DSC,TG,ignition experiment,mechanical performance analysis. The heat release of fire-retardant adhesive decreased by DSC, the thermal mass loss of fire-retardant adhesive decreased to the 50% that of adhesive; In the ignition experiment, the glass fiber dealed with fire-retardant adhesive was easy to become charcoal and was not easy to combust quickly; In the mechanical experiment, the tensile strength of glass fiber dealed with 5% NaOH decreased to 63% of glass fiber untreated, the mass loss decrease to 92% of the original.
