摘    要:论述了粉煤纯氧气化生产甲醇,甲醇弛放气联产合成氨工艺路线在煤炭综合利用、环境、粮食安全等方面的基础地位;分析了谢尔粉煤气化工艺的气化原理、气化效率、煤种灵活性和环保效益;介绍了采用粉煤纯氧气化同水电解制氢,达到CO2零排放的煤制甲醇大型装置单元组合;科学发展观的关键是工程科技现代化。用科技开发资源再生利用(如土地、水力、林木等),发展天然再生原材料和能源的综合利用。

Abstract:It was discussed that the basic position was displayed in the aspects of comprehensive coal & carbon utilization, environment protection and food safety etc. by the process line used in production of methanol by pure oxygen gasification with coal and in combining production of synthetic ammonia from releasing gas of methanol; the gasification principle of shell pulverized coal gasification process, gasification efficience, coal kind flexibility and environment protection benefit were analyzed; using pulverized coal pure oxygen gasification and producing hydrogen by water electrolysis were introduced, to reach an unit combination of large-sized plant of methanol produced by coal with a zero discharge of CO_2; the key of scientifically developmental view is the engineering science and technology modernization, by using the science and technology development of resource regeneration and utilization (such as soil, hydraulic, forest etc.), and to develop the comprehensive utilization of natural regeneration raw material and energy. Relevant suggestions were presented for optimization of petrochemical & industrial materials and material structure revision in China.
