摘    要:针对带孔深锥形管件的成形特点进行了工艺分析,确定了成形方案,设计了锥形管挤压模和冲孔模。在冲孔模中选用了带有楔角的斜楔机构来实现侧冲,并利用冲裁凹模自身的锥形面实现了锥形管的定位。模具在生产中应用效果良好。

Abstract:The extrusion and piercing die was developed based on the technical analysis on the shaping characteristics of deep taper pipe with hole. Wedge mechanism was adopted in piercing die to achieve side piercing, and the positioning of taper pipe depended upon the conical surface of blanking die itself. The application of the dies achieves favorable effect in production.
