摘    要:控制执行器的研究是振动主动控制研究的难点.为减少大型动力系统轴系振动的危害,研究了大型轴系低频振动主动控制的一种新型的电液式周向加载执行系统,从力学特性与电磁特性对执行器的关键之一--高速电磁阀组进行理论研究,分析各个参量之间的关系,又从均质、无旋、不可压缩的牛顿流体的动量定理出发分析斜楔喷油口的喷射特性,分析了相应的流体运动方程.结果表明:依据轴系振动信号,液压执行系统将控制力直接加载于振动轴上,可以消减振动,这一过程也是空间力系合成作用的过程.

Abstract:The control actuator is a difficuh object among the problems to be studied .in research work on active control of vibration. For mitigating damages caused by rotor string vibration of large power generation systems, a new kind of electro-hydraulic circumferentially active damping system has been explored, including theoretical research on quickly acting electro-magnetic valve sets, which are one of the key problems of actuators, from the point of view of their mechanical and electro-magnetic properties. The inter relationship between the various parameters are analyzed and, starting from the laws of momentum for homogeneous, circulation free, and incompressible Newtonian fluids in consideration of the injection characteristics of sloping cone - shaped oil nozzles, the corresponding hydrodynamic equations are being analyzed. Results indicate that, a hydraulic operated actuator system, guided by detected shaft vibration signals, is able to damp vibration. The procedure of action is also process of combining various spatial forces. Figs 3 and refs 6.
