可生物降解聚氨酯在医学中的应用

摘    要:可生物降解型聚氨酯材料具有良好的生物相容性,机械强度好,易加工等特点,在医学中具有十分广泛的应用.综述了可生物降解型聚氨酯材料在医学上的应用、研究进展,并对聚氨酯的组织相容性、血液相容性及降解性能进行了讨论.

Abstract:Biodegradable polyurethane materials, which possess excellent properties, such as good biocompatibility, mechanical properties, and facile formation, etc, have been applied as biomaterials in medical treatment widely. The applications and research progresses of these materials in medical treatment are introduced in this paper. Histocompatibility, blood compatibility and degradation of polyurethanes are discussed.
