摘    要:由于对碳酸二甲酯的需求增大以及对节能问题的重视,对二氧化碳和甲醇合成碳酸二甲酯的工艺进行了流程的概念设计和Aspen Plus模拟。在模拟的过程中也考察了一些操作参数对流程的影响并选择了合适的操作条件。模拟结果表明,当回收率为98%时,可以得到纯度(质量分数)为99.9%的碳酸二甲酯产品。

Abstract:Because of the increasing demand of dimethyl carbonate,and the importance of energy conservation issues,the synthesis of dimethyl carbonate with carbon dioxide and methanol process was done concept process design and Aspen Plus simulation.In the simulation process,it was also considered a number of operating parameters on the impact of process and selectsed the appropriate operating conditions.The simulation results showed that when the recovery was 98%,the purity(mass fraction) was 99.9% of dimethyl carbonate product.
