基于ANSYS软件对直流小型拍合式电磁继电器的吸力特性分析

摘    要:通过三维有限元方法,利用ANSYSA软件的参数化设计语言对某直流小型拍合式电磁继电器的电磁机构建立有限元模型,并对其静态特性进行了分析,得到了电磁机构吸力特性及其磁场分布,为进一步进行动态仿真提供了依据,并为该型继电器的优化设计提供了有效的手段。

Abstract:Based on 3D finite element method,the electromagnetic mechanism model of certain DC small clapper type electromagnetic relay was founded by APDL,and static characteristic was analyzed.The attraction characteristic and magnetic field distribution of electromagnetic mechanism were gotten to provide basis for further dynamic simulation,then effective means for the relay optimization was supplied too.
