| 摘 要： | CM - 10 0 0型高速切丝机是较为先进的钢丝切断专用设备。该机能与拉丝机配合使用 ,从盘条、去氧化皮、钢丝拉拔到钢丝切断一次成型 ,自动化程度高 ,工艺简单 ,每分钟可切断钢芯达 10 0 0根 (以 3 2mm ,长度为35 0mm焊芯为例 ) ,而国产切丝机每分钟最高仅可切断钢芯 30 0根 ,其生产效率是国产切丝机的 3倍多。它是替代我国现有焊条切丝机的理想机型

| Abstract: | CM-1000 type high speed parting machine is an advanced equipment especially for steel wire parting The machine can be used coordinating with wire drawing machine to complete one pass operation of wire rod oxide removing wire drawing parting The process with high automation is very simple Taking 3 2?mm welding core whose length is 350?mm for example,the parting speed of the machine can reach 1?000 pieces per minute,but the speed of that made in China can reach only 300 pieces per minute The machine is an ideal one substituting present welding rod parting machine |
