焦炉集气管压力自动控制方法及其实现

通过对焦炉煤气集气管压力系统的分析研究,建立控制系统的集气管压力协调控制方案,使得系统在传统PID控制的基础上,能够按照系统实际运行状况智能选择控制策略.通过SUPCON JX-300X DCS集散控制系统,实现压力变送器、电动执行机构、调节阀、热电阻等等监测信号在DCS中达到计算机实施监控和控制,在上位机上,均可进行监控和数据程序的管理.

Automatic Control Method of Coke Oven Gas-Collector Pressure and Its Realization

Through analysis and study on coke-oven gas collector pipe pressure system, a coordinated control scheme for gas collecting pipe pressure of control system was proposed. On the basis of traditional PID control, the system can select control policy intelligently according to practical operation condition. SUPCON JX - 300X DCS was appplied to monitoring and control of pressure transducer, electrodynamic actuators, requlating valves and thermal resistance. Through relevant program operation, automatic contral of gas collecting pipe pressure was reahzed. So, energy was seved, energy consumption was decreased, life of coke - oven was prolonged, coke quality was improved, and labour productivity was enhanced.
