IGBT驱动保护电路研究

摘    要:介绍了IGBT门极驱动保护电路的分类,分析了IGBT驱动保护电路的发展趋势,对常用IGBT驱动器如光耦隔离型、变压器隔离型等典型电路进行了分析,并将市场上常用厂家生产的IGBT驱动器工作参数和性能进行了比较,结合对工程实践中IGBT故障的分析,讨论了选用IGBT驱动器时的参考原则,理论分析和应用实践表明,内部集成完善保护功能的光耦隔离驱动有较好的性价比,高频变压器隔离驱动有较高的可靠性。

Abstract:The classification of the gate drive and protection circuit for the IGBT was described,its trend of development and typical circuits of various IGBT drivers such as the optical coupler isolating-type and the transformer isolating-type were analyzed,the operation parameters and performance of commonly used IGBT drivers in the market were compared.Combined with the analysis of IGBT malfunction in the engineering practice,the consulting principles which affect IGBT drivers selection were discussed.The theoreti...
