摘    要:重点分析铝电解多功能机组大车桥架中主梁及端梁几种典型结构的优缺点,指出轮压是铝电解多功能机组设计的重要参数,给出了轮压计算的方法及在不同情况下大车桥架的优选结构,从理论和实践两方面探讨桥架典型结构及优化设计。

Abstract:This paper emphatically analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of some typical structures, which are used by main beams and end beams of the crane bridge in multifunction equipment for aluminum electrolysis, points out that wheel load is important parameter in multifunction equipment design for aluminum electrolysis, offers a method of wheel load calculation and optimal structure under different conditions, explores typical structure and optimization design of crane bridge both in theory and practice.
