超音速电弧喷涂不锈钢涂层结合强度研究

摘    要:本文研究了采用超音速电弧喷涂在 45~#钢以无底层和铝青铜打底时喷涂 3Cr13不锈钢涂层的结合强度测量结果表明,在无底层的条件下,涂层与基体结合强度与普通电弧喷涂相比有较大幅度的提高,而利用铝青铜打底时,涂层与基体结合强度较低,井分析了结合强度提高的原因。

Abstract:In this paper the bond strength of 3Cr13 stainless steel coating on 45~# plain carbon steel substrate produced by a super-high speed arc spraying technique with and without aluminium bronze underlay was investigated. The results showed that the bond strength of the coating without underlay is increased significantly compared with the conventional arc spraying process. However, it goes down for the case of coating with underlay. The reasons of bond strength variations were analysed.
